This month’s employee spotlight focuses on Aaron Levine, who has been a licensed insurance agent for over ten years and the owner of his own agency for nine years. Back in 2009, it was decided that Aaron wanted to make a change in his career, and he thought insurance was a good commodity business that he could make a living at! It’s a change that was made for the better, and the agency’s growth has been tremendous. But this growth has also created a challenge since he is now no longer able to have his hands on every file and a personal relationship with every client. Therefore his focus is on helping his staff work well with each and every customer. He wants to make sure that every agent is prepared for their own challenges and what they will be faced. It’s a hurdle, but Aaron is dedicated to making it work even with everything constantly changing and new challenges coming to the table.
In February 2018 Aaron became a Certified Insurance Counselor so he is now a part of this elite group of insurance agents. Along with this group, he strives to continue to better the insurance industry and is looking forward to move from CIC to earning his CRM in the next few years.
Just a few years ago Aaron became an accomplished triathlete, but once getting married and becoming a father he now considers his family to be his biggest accomplishment. He spends his time doing various activities such as golfing, bike riding and hanging out with his family when he isn’t working. He keeps a positive outlook on life much the same way that he does with his work ethic, enjoying the constantly changing environments and the challenges that he faces every step of the way.
