Aaron Levine, MBA
Founder & CEO
Aaron is an avid Triathlete and Marathoner having completed IronMan in 2008 at the Ford IronMan Florida. Aaron serves on the board of directors for the Greater Long Branch Chamber of Commerce and is also on the board of directors for the Long Branch Concordance, a Family Success Center. Aaron comes from a rich history of family business where they have owned the WindMill Restaurant franchise organization for over 35 years. In addition to the WindMill restaurants, the Levine family is extremely philanthropic in the area with various charitable fronts and organizations that benefit on a regular basis.
Josh McManigal
Commercial Lines Account Manager
Josh McManigal has a Bachelors of Science degree in Marketing from Rowan University, where he was an active member of the Pi Kappa Alpha fraternity and graduated in 2013. Josh has been in the insurance industry since 2014 and has experience in property and casualty lines of insurance for both businesses and individuals.
Josh comes from a family business, Bobby’s Precision Auto Repair in Middletown, with over 30 years in business. Josh uses his experience and knowledge to help work with businesses in order to help better protect business owners themselves and their businesses from no matter what life throws at them.
On his off time, Josh enjoys an active lifestyle by regularly working out at local gyms and even occasionally fixing a car with his father on weekends.
Margaret Gordon
Personal Lines Account Manager
It is important to work in a profession that makes you happy if you expect to be happy with your life. Margaret has been working in the insurance industry since 2011 and has experience in life, health, property, and casualty lines of insurance.
Specializing in personal lines of insurance at LG Insurance Agency where she utilizes her experience and knowledge of the insurance industry to help current and future clients better understand insurance by suggesting proper coverage’s, explaining coverage’s, finding gaps in coverage and providing excellent customer service. Insurance is very intricate and sometimes hard for people to understand which is why there are insurance agents! Helping people with their insurance needs, and making new friends makes Margaret very happy.
Margaret enjoys spending time with her 3 children, and their pets in her downtime usually participating in outdoor activities like hiking, flying kites, and talking the dogs to the beach.
Jason Melando
Insurance Advisor
Jason Melando is an insurance advisor based in NJ. He began partnering with LG Insurance in 2016, and has been in the industry for over ten years. Jason is the in house specialist focusing on income and family protection through Disability, Long Term Care, Life Insurances and Annuities. Through a holistic planning approach, Jason assists families and businesses with designing insurance programs to fit their individual lifestyle needs.
After years of living the New York City Lifestyle, Jason currently lives in Monmouth Beach, NJ with his wife Emma, and two sons Harry and Max. Jason is a graduate of Rutgers University where he received a degree in Economics and when he is not working. He enjoys time at the beach with his family as well as watching and playing soccer.
Ron Tomasian
Professional Insurance Agent
Ron Tomasian has been a professional insurance agent since 2001. Prior to his tenure with LG Insurance, he was an Exclusive Agent with Allstate NJ for over 16 years where he was successful in achieving high honors for customer satisfaction. Ron prides himself on always being available to the customer should the client have any questions or concerns regarding their insurance needs.
Ron’s background in business began as an undergraduate at Rutger’s University where, in 1981, he earned a Bachelors of Science degree in Business. Ron’s experience over the years has always offered clients and prospects alike the knowledge and experience needed to assist the insured in making the right decisions when it comes to providing proper coverage to help protect their personal belongings.
Ron has been a local resident of Long Branch for 13 years and a Monmouth County resident since 1999. He enjoys outdoor activities…especially distance running, as a way of staying in shape, meeting new people and participating in community minded charities.
Megan Giglio
Office Manager & Professional Insurance Agent
Working with motivated, hard-working like minded people is just one of the many things that contributes to the love of a job. Megan Giglio has been the office manager here at LG for the last two years. With being one of the customer success go-to’s, her day can look different depending on the day of the week. Megan does everything from assisting customers over the phone, bookkeeping, renewals and rewrites as well as daily office tasks: writing the checks, coordinating with team members and companies we work with internally, etc.
Megan’s personable people skills make her a trusted, confident, and a great resource to go to whether a seasoned agent or a new employee to make sure you feel acclimated.
In her free time, Megan enjoys seeing live music, doing DIY projects, going to the beach and spending time with her dog Bane.
Jennifer Venino
Professional Insurance Agent
Most recognized for her attention to detail, diligence, energy and sense of humor, Jennifer brings her all when working with her customers. Her recipe for success consists of: effective communicator between clients and vendors, advocacy for her clients when it comes to shopping around to get the right coverage for the best price and being very conscious of deadlines – even those overlapping.
She comes from a business administration education background from Brookdale Community College. Over the last three years here at LG, Jenn has specialized in working on the personal lines side of insurance including home, life, flood, vacant land , etc.
As a resident of the Long Branch area Jenn loves to try out the new local restaurant spots in town with her friends and husband, spending time with her four-legged friend Penny, as well as traveling to new places.
Abby Beshada
Communications and Brand Manager
The creative mind behind many of the videos you see across our socials! Abby specializes in content creating, writing blogs, Aaron’s podcast …And Insurance, as well as assisting with events and collaborations.
Abby is a proud alumnae of the University of Alabama where she earned a Bachelor of Arts in Broadcast Journalism and Communication Studies in 2021. During her time at UA she was an active member of the Delta Mu Chapter of Tri Delta sorority and Beat Auburn Beat Hunger.
Following her graduation she decided to make the move “down the shore” from Morris County and currently resides in Lavallette. In her free time she loves to go to the beach, checking out the local spots, travelling and spending quality time with family and friends – while capturing these memories on her camera.
Majid Quarles
Professional Insurance Agent
As a small business owner himself, making sure you and your business have the proper coverage for all your needs is at the top of Majid’s priority list when working with clients. Through his equation of success: persistence, confidence and a positive attitude he focuses on the sale of new insurance business for both commercial and personal lines insurance.
Majid’s business background began during his time as an undergraduate student at New Jersey City University where he earned a Bachelor’s of Science degree in Marketing in 2014. Prior to his time at LG, he was an Account Executive with Altice USA for over 5 years where he was constantly recognized for top marks in sales and customer satisfaction. He has been with our agency now for over a year and a half.
In his free time Majid loves to spend time with his wife and three children whether quality time in the local area or going on vacations together.
Noelle Serafin
Socially Adaptive Administrative Assistant
The voice behind “Thank you for calling LG Insurance!” Noelle’s specializes in administrative duties including helping out our clients with any questions or concerns that they may have. As well as making sure that they are in the best hands with the agent right for all their insurance needs. Which has been her favorite part about her time here at LG so far!
Noelle has a Bachelors of Arts degree in Communications; minored in Public Relations and Journalism from Monmouth University where she graduated in 2016. After growing up in Monmouth County, she decided to stay around the area and currently resides in Asbury Park with her dog Mocha. In her free time she enjoys exploring the Asbury Park scene – the restaurants, The Stone Pony, the beach and doing so with friends, family and of course Mocha.
