Socially Adaptive Administrative Assistant

Mission of the SAAA

The responsibilities for this team member revolve around various marketing and administrative duties. To promote the agency via social media as well as creating a continued positive image with our current customer base.  Social platforms in conjunction with traditional mail and telephone communication will all be utilized to create the most effective retention and new business marketing engine. Marketing reports, google analytics and revenue reports will all be used to gauge the effectiveness of this role.

Desired Outcomes of this Role

  1. Create and use a Social Media Calendar
    1. Traditional posts for Facebook, twitter, LinkedIn
    2. Create an LG Insurance Agency Instagram
    3. Create video content for Youtube and Facebook
    4. Blog Weekly
    5. Create Monthly Email Blasts for Various MailChimp Databases
    6. Educate Staff with various Social Media Initiatives
  2. Report Monthly on Statistics for all platforms
  3. Assist in Proposal Creation for New and Existing Customers
    1. Create Cross Sale and Up Sale Opportunities for Business Customers
  4. Be the Directors of First Impressions to assist with service calls and walkin’s
  5. Update Automated Email Marketing Campaigns as needed
  6. Identify Networking and Center of Influence Marketing Opportunities
    1. Work with COI’s to build their business to increase referral opportunities
    2. Introduce COI’s to the partners pages on the website
  7. Other Responsibilities as Directed to you by Management

Experience Requirement

1-3 years of business related social media marketing and/or

1-3 years of office management
