June 1st: Disney’s Newsies: The Broadway Musical
Are you looking for something that you and your family are able to do together? You won’t want to miss this stunning broadway musical based on a real-life NYC Newsboy Strike of 1899. This is a perfect chance to experience something with the whole family just before vacations start and everyone begins to lose track of time in all the other fun activities they’ve got planned! This event will be running on June 1st at 8PM. There are other showtimes available as well, so don’t forget to check their website. Tickets will begin at $42 and $29 for students. So whether you want to take the whole family or you’re just a student looking for something new and exciting, head on down to see this Tony Award winning musical!
June 2nd: Ocean Grove Giant Spring Flea Market
People are always looking for new bargains and the next hottest thing to buy, and what better way to find something new than at a Giant Flea Market? With nearly 400 vendors it will be hard to find something that you won’t want to spend a little bit on! Collectibles, antiques, toys, decor – anything you can think of! There’s something there for everyone regardless of age. This event will be running from 9AM until 4PM so make sure you stop down while you can. You may find something valuable or maybe something to spice up your home, maybe even something for the kids! Head down to the Ocean Pathway this June for a shopping event you won’t want to miss.
June 3rd: NJ Pride Festival and Parade
Head down to Asbury park for New Jersey’s 27th Annual Pride Festival! Come show your support for the allies in your community. There will be entertainment, vendors and so much more. Not to mention there will be a parade that begins around noon! This event will run on June 3rd and the admission is $10. It starts at 12PM and goes until 7PM that day. Don’t hesitate to come out and have a great time, give support to those that need it or just come from the entertainment! We hope to see you there.
June 23rd & 24th: Bradley Beach Lobster Festival
On Saturday, June 23rd and Sunday, June 24th, the Bradley Beach Chamber of Commerce will sponsoring it’s tenth annual Lobster Fest at the beach front! This is another one of those experiences that is good for all ages. There will plenty of entertainment such as music, vendors children’s entertainment, wine and beer and much more!
