July 3rd: Manasquan 4th of July Celebration
We know it can be tough to get out to see Fireworks on the 4th of July. Maybe you have other plans to attend to or maybe you and the family have already decided to just stay in. Well, if you’re looking for something to do the night before the 4th then head out to Manasquan for their 4th of July Celebration. There will be bike decorating, a parade and then a spectacular fireworks display to top it all off! This is one celebration you won’t want to miss. It takes place on the 3rd of July, so be sure to mark it in your calendars now!
July 4th: Long Branch’s Annual OceanFest and Fireworks
One of the most anticipated holidays of the year has finally arrived and what better way to spend it than heading out to Long Branch for OceanFest! Not only will you and the family be able to enjoy some fireworks, but you’ll also be able to enjoy the many events that come with it. There will be plenty of live entertainment for all ages and food from local vendors! Be sure to start your summer off right by heading out to this event! You and your family won’t be disappointed and you’ll take back plenty of memories with you!
July 7th: Spring Lake Summer Art Walk
There are so many things that you can do in the month of July, and one of those things is head out for the Spring Lake Summer Art Walk. This event will allow you to stroll down the 3rd Avenue Business District and admire some work from local artists. Not only will you get a taste of the creativity in the area, but maybe it will inspire you for some new home decor or maybe to even start trying to create your own works of art! The event will be held on July 7th from 10AM – 4PM. Head down for the exercise, but stay for the art!
July 14th – 15th: Surf and Turf Festival at Monmouth Park
It’s that time of year again! The time of year where everyone likes to bust out their grills and start cooking, but maybe you’re looking for that one or two days where you don’t have to prepare the food. Head down to the Surf and Turf Festival at Monmouth Park to enjoy a little bit of down time! You’ll be experience the best of Jersey Shore down here with the chance to relax, have some crab cakes and then cool off with an ice-cold beer to wash it down. If you’re looking to take the family then know that there’s something for all ages. Kids will enjoy FREE pony rides and there will be a family fun day on Sunday! Admission is $5 per person and children ages 12 and under enter for free. Head on down the Monmouth Park for a festival you won’t want to miss.
July 25th – 29th: Annual Monmouth County Fair
We know what you’re thinking right now. We know that you have one hundred things to do this summer and most of them include heading on vacations to the beach or maybe you’re trying to decorate your home now that the new season has begun. Try to take some time out of that busy schedule to head down to the annual Monmouth County fair! There will be plenty of entertainment and a little bit of something for everyone. Whether it’s just you or you and the whole family, don’t miss out on this chance to relax and let loose. The event will be held from the 25th through the 29th of July. You’ve got plenty of time, so head on down when you can!
